Raymond R. Morin
Prior to joining the Frankfurt office of C.W. Downer & Co., Mr. Morin was a member of the German Mergers & Acquisitions team at a bulge-bracket investment bank where he focused on general industrial projects for major corporate as well as private equity clients. His other professional experiences include consulting work for Booz Allen Hamilton in Frankfurt and a number of command and staff positions in Germany, Korea and Bosnia as a captain in the US Army Corps of Engineers.
Mr. Morin's investment banking experience includes mandates in the chemicals, chemicals distribution, transportation & logistics and automotive supply sectors, with particular emphasis on large private equity transactions. He has advised on both buy-side and sell-side engagements.
Mr. Morin received an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College in 2001 where he graduated as an Edward Tuck Scholar. He also holds an MS in Engineering Management from the University of Missouri (with high honors) and a BS in Mathematics from the US Military Academy at West Point (with honors in Mathematics). In addition to his native English, Mr. Morin is also fluent in German.
