Mr. Donegan rejoined C.W. Downer & Co. following the completion of his M.B.A. program at the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Having spent four years with C.W. Downer & Co. prior to business school, Mr. Donegan has extensive experience working with middle-market companies in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, valuation, and corporate finance. His other professional experience includes work at a sell-side focused middle-market investment bank and as an equity analyst for a boutique research firm.

Mr. Donegan is a cum laude graduate of Amherst College, where he was a member of the varsity football team. He received his M.B.A. from the New York University Stern School of Business where he received the Stern Scholar designation.
